Locally Sourced Beef

United Beef Company was born out of a simple idea: good beef should come from people you know and land you trust. Founded by cattleman Scott Hauck of United Cow-Calf, we started with a passion for raising high-quality cattle the right way; with care, consistency, and respect for the land. United Beef Co brings that same integrity directly to your table, offering locally sourced ground beef from Missouri farms, grain-finished for balanced flavor and delivered with honesty from our hands to yours.

The Hauck Family Legacy

For more than 70 years, the Hauck family has built businesses on a foundation of common sense, integrity, and the simple truth of treating others the way we’d like to be treated. These values have carried through three generations, shaping lasting relationships with customers, vendors, and employees alike.

We believe in the power of American capitalism to improve quality of life and drive innovation. Guided by faith, hard work, and customer service, our family is proud to carry that tradition into the cattle industry for generations to come.

Meet Scott Hauck

As a first-generation cattleman with 15 years of experience, Scott Hauck founded United Beef Co on the principles of honesty, professionalism, and straight talk. His mission is simple: deliver locally sourced beef from the heart of the midwest.

Scott believes this industry is built by some of the finest people in the country. His prayer is that United Beef Co can be a vehicle for mutually beneficial relationships that honor God, strengthen communities, and move the cattle business forward.
